Ingredients

 Basil leavesfresh
 Canned Tomatoes440g
 Caper1-2 table spoons
 Pepperfresh ground
 Salmon Steak2 (200-250g)

Instructions

Place salmon steaks into a oven proof dish.

Pour over tinned tomatoes, sprinkle capers over and add ground pepper to taste.

Bake in moderate oven (180˚C) for 20 – 25 minutes.

Serve with freshly ripped basil over the top.
