Ingredients

 Cayenne pepperpinch
 Cottage Cheese (fat free)250 g
 Cuminpinch
 Eggs6
 Gingerpinch
 linseedpinch
 Natural yoghurt (fat free)2 - spoons
 Oat bran16 spoons
 Saltpinch
 Wheat Bran8 spoons

Instructions

Mix well all the ingredients and put into a short 'fruitcake' form lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the top with linseed.

* You can add goji berries or some other seeds (pumpkin or sunflower seeds) into the bread. Especially once out of the weight loss phases you can get creative here.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200-220C, then lower temperature to around 180C and bake for another 20 minutes. After that time turn off the oven and leave the bread inside the oven for further 20 minutes. Enjoy ;-)

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
