Dice onion and chop up mushrooms into small pieces and chicken into medium sized chunks.
Spray oil a few times into frying pan.
Heat up pan slightly and add chicken, once half cooked add onions and mushrooms and continue to cook until chicken is slightly browned.
Add some garlic powder and stir over everything.
Add tomatoes, allowing to slightly boil before adding tomatoe puree. (about 3 tbsp but add as much as you like) add a couple sprinkles of cayenne pepper, pepper and salt, basil, stir and leave to simmer until slightly thick.
Serve and enjoy!
