Ingredients

 Baking powder1 tsp
 Cinnamon1 tsp
 Eggs2
 Goji Berries2 tbsp
 Oat bran6 tbsp
 Splenda3 tbsp
 Yogurt (fat free)3 tbsp

Instructions

Preheat oven at 170 C.

Mix the eggs and Splenda in a bowl.

Than add the other ingredients and mix.

Grease the muffin cups with canola or vegetable oil.

Bake for 35 - 45 min.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
