Ingredients

 Cream cheese (fat free)1 tbs
 Dukan Pancake1
 Eggs2-3
 Oat bran3 tbs
 Olive Oil Spray
 Smoked Salmon50-100g
 Spring onions2 sticks

Instructions

Make galette: mix oat bran, cream cheese, 1 egg, (optional some sliced smoke salmon & spring onions)

Oil pan and wipe of excess with a paper towel. In a warm pan add galette mixture.

Once cooked put aside and keep warm

Using the same pan crack in 1-2 eggs and fry

Once eggs are nearly cooked put the galette on top of eggs and continue to fry for a few minutes

Remove from the heat, flip over onto a plate and sprinkle on smoked salmon and spring onions

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
