Ingredients

 Eggs4
 Garlic1/2 tsp (ground)
 Ham (lean)6-8 slices
 Oat bran3 tbsps
 Salt1 tsp
 Skimmed milk3 tbsps
 White pepperto taste

Instructions

Preheat oven in 200C degrees.

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until the ham is completely ground.

Pour mixture into muffin molds and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure to check moisture by plunging a knife before taking them out of the oven.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
