Ingredients

 CinnamonTo taste
 Eggs (beaten)2
 Fat Free Milk3/4 cups
 Oat bran1 1/2 to 3 tbsp
 Vanilla extract (or other aroma)To taste

Prepare the ingredients

Combine milk, eggs and oat bran in a pot.

Cook on medium high, stirring constantly (or you will end up with scambled eggs) until boiling and thickened to taste.

Remove from heat and add flavouring. Serve with a few slices of low fat ham. Enjoy.
