Ingredients

 BasilHalf Handful
 Black pepperTo taste
 Eggs1
 Garlic cloves2 chopped finely
 Lean minced meat500g
 Mixed herbs2 teaspoons
 Oat bran2 tablespoons

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix together using your hands.

In a NON-STICK (must be non stick) pan brown the meatballs then finish cooking them in an oven.

I like to serve meatballs with fat-free natural yoghurt.

When you are past the attack phase, you can eat the meatballs with light tzatzki yoghurt and lettuce and tomato.
