Ingredients

 500g Lean minced meat500g
 Cumin1 tea spoon
 Garlic1 clove
 Garlic cloves1
 Lean steak mince500g
 Oat bran3 table spoons
 Onions1 big
 Paprika spice1 tea spoon
 Parsley1 table spoom
 Pepper1 tea spoon
 Salt1 tea spoon

Instructions

Chop the onion and garlic clove finely.

Mix all ingredients together and knead well.

Form into small spheres and then press to have circles of about 0.5cm thick and 5cm diameter. This amount should make 20 meat balls.

Put the meat balls in the oven tray.

Cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. for about 20mins, or until the meat balls are cooked.
