Ingredients

 Eggs1
 Garlicto taste
 Lean minced meat1 lbs, ground beef, chicken or turkey
 linseed2 Tbsp
 low fat bacon3 slices, cut in half
 Oat bran9 Tbsp
 Olive Oil1-2 tsp
 Portobello mushroom12

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients by placing all the ground meat, egg, oat bran, linseed, & garlic in a bowl.

Mix all together and make 6 patties.

Place in hot pan, use oil and cook on medium until golden brown.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place in another pan on medium-high.

Add a pinch of salt and cook on both sides until the juices start coming out from the mushrooms.

Take 2 mushrooms, place patty, bacon on top of mushroom and top it off with another mushroom.

Feel free to add other ingredients to your liking - gherkins, FF cheese, Dukan mayo, salad leaves, etc.
