Oat Bran "Muffins"

Ingredients

 Baking powder1 tsp
 Eggs3
 Natural yoghurt (fat free)6 Tbsp
 Oat bran1.5 cup (20 Tbsp)
 Skimmed milk1/4 cup
 Splenda1 cup, baking splenda
 Vanilla extractto taste

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes or so.

Make sure you use a non stick form (silicone ones are good) and a spray of 1cal cooking oil can help too.

Bake at 350F until done.

The recipe is for plain muffins but you can ad some flavour with one of the following:
bananas (Consolidation), lemon, pumpkin spice/cinnamon, a variety of other baking flavourings.

Adjust the servings based on your oat bran allowance :)

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
