Prepare the ingredients.
Fry Ham Steak in frying pan (no oil necessary). Cook on low heat until caramelized on both sides.
Remove from skillet and cut up into bite size pieces.
Spray fat free olive oil in skillet (or a bit of regular olive oil - just remember about your daily limit). Drop in spinach and sautee until it withers, then pour in egg whites.
Add all other ingredients including cooked ham steak pieces until eggs are completely scrambled.
Serve hot. Season to taste. Feel free to play around with it and turn it into a quiche.
