Ingredients

 Cornflour1 tbsp
 Eggs4
 Herbes de Provencea few pinches
 Oat bran4 tbsp
 philadelphia exta light1 tbsp
 Salt & Peppera few pinches
 sesamee seeds1tsp (flat)
 shredded smoked salmonapprox. 200g
 Skimmed milka few spoons

Instructions

Put the eggs, spices, oat bran, flour, milk and Philadelhia (or other similar low fat cheese) in a bowl and mix

Add salmon and mix again

Pour the mixture onto a hot non-stick pan and cover.

Cook for about five minutes

Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds (optional, for later phases) and put the pan under the grill in the oven until golden brown on top.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
