Ingredients

 Baking soda 1 teaspoon
 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)1 tablespoon
 Fat Free Milk1/2 cup
 Greek yogurt (fat free)1/3 cup
 Large Egg3
 Oat bran1.5 cups
 pumpkin spice1 tablespoon
 Splenda1 cup
 Vanilla extract1 tablespoon
 Zucchini1 cup (fresh, grated, with juice)

Instructions

Set oven to 350C.

Combine wet and dry ingredients in 2 separate bowls.

Add dry to wet gradually, mixing with a spoon as you do so.

Line a large muffin sheet with paper cups and separate mixture into each cup evenly.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
