Are chicken nuggets allowed on Dukan?

If you are talking about any store bought variety then the answer is no. Regular breadcrumbs are not allowed, and the packaged ones are often high in fat.
However you could do your own home made nuggets. Just cut chicken breasts into chunks and cover with oat bran, like in this recipe:
